Does ZEMYA also help with personal gifts?
Yes. Alongside gifts for colleagues and clients, you can request a gift for a birthday, wedding, birth, communion or another personal occasion. Tell us your preferred quantity; the possibilities are set out in your proposal.
Can I request a gift for a Belgian celebration?
Yes. Think of a Saint Nicholas gift on 6 December, an end-of-year thank-you or a personal Mother’s Day gift. Our Belgian calendar also includes regional traditions. Choose your occasion and tell us when you would like to give the gift.
Is there a minimum order?
That depends on the product and personalisation. Enter the quantity you would like; we confirm the options and any minimum quantity in your proposal.
Can I add a name, logo or bilingual card?
Share your preferences for a name, logo, card or packaging. You can provide a Dutch or French message. We agree the finish, costs and any artwork proof with you.
How does delivery in Belgium work?
Tell us the destination and your preferred date. We look into delivery to one or more addresses in Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia. Options, costs and the date are confirmed in your proposal. Recipient addresses are only requested for an agreed delivery.
When does my request become an order?
Your proposal sets out the products, quantities, personalisation, packaging, price, VAT, delivery costs and arrangements. You place an order after accepting this specific offer, which identifies the seller and the applicable terms.
